Jim's holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He uniquely blends engineering principles with creative vision. This allows him to consistently deliver projects that seamlessly integrate functionality, aesthetics, and structural integrity. His holistic approach ensures visually stunning results that are also structurally sound and highly efficient.

He has fostered a collaborative and productive work environment with his clients at N2K. His strong client relationships, evidenced by a substantial volume of referral-based projects, underscore the exceptional quality of his work and the trust he inspires.

Jim's commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional life. His diverse interests demonstrate a well-rounded individual with a keen attention to detail and a dedication to achieving high standards in all his endeavors. He is an exceptional guitar player, an avid disc golfer and master gardener. 

Natalie's career has been a blend of creativity and organization. It began in the heart of Silicon Valley's tech boom, where she thrived in the fast-paced world of corporate event planning, trade show design and execution, and city to city tours within the professional audio industry. Those years honed her skills in logistics and  project management. However her true passion was ignited when she and Jim purchased a fixer-upper in 2001. The process of transforming their house sparked a deep love for interior and landscape design. She describes it as "more than just renovation; it is about creating an environment that inspires well-being". 

Her background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from San Francisco State University, supplemented by focused studies in Interior Design at Santa Rosa Junior College. Currently she is immersed in DIY projects while upgrading their colonial home in the charming neighborhood of Cleveland Heights, Ohio .
