When tech companies began to outsource their CAD needs in the 90's, Jim founded n2k CAD Services. His vision was to provide CAD services for large or small projects by utilizing his team of experienced CAD contractors to complete a project on time and on budget. Now Jim not only produces architectural drawings and construction drawings, he designs exterior and interior spaces.

Jim earned a BS in Civil Engineering for the University of Wisconsin at Madison and has over 20 years of experience producing drawings and renderings and managing CAD teams. The past five years, Jim has focused on home remodeling, designing ADU units and  fire rebuilds.

In the early days when tech was booming in Silicon Valley, Natalie planned and managed corporate events, trade shows and tours in the Professional Audio Industry.  After purchasing a fixer upper in 2001, Interior and Landscape design have become her passions. Whether it's a special event or a kitchen, she loves designing spaces. 

Natalie earned a BA in Liberal Arts from San Francisco State University and studied Interior Design at Santa  Rosa Junior College. In 2021 Natalie and Jim purchased a colonial home in Cleveland Heights, OH and they are  enjoying fixing it up and creating a garden.  .
